Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

• Major centres: 2–4 business days
• Outlying and remote areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your parcel through The Courier Guy.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order.

Camp Guard cannot be held responsible for delays or additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, or the parcel being unclaimed, additional courier charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photographs of both the packaging and the product so we can investigate and assist you promptly.
